WAICA Re Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary of WAICA Reinsurance Corporation Plc., a leading reinsurance company in the West African sub-region with presence in Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Cote D’voire.

WAICA Re Capital offers a full range of competitive investment banking products and service; Asset/fund management, corporate finance, project finance, and research. Its mission is to be a leading provider of value added investment banking products and services that delivers maximum economic returns to our stakeholders.

WAICA Re Capital is Incorporated as a limited liability company under Ghana’s Companies Code of 1963 (Act 179).The company is licensed and regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana.
